What Patients Are Saying...

Dr. Ting and her entire team are not only deeply committed to performing miracles - helping to make it possible for their patients to become fully functional again - as they are likewise committed to being steady, friendly, kind, immensely reassuring, and comforting presences. To feel safe and cared for when experiencing vulnerability, pain, and fear is invaluable and an integral component in the healing process. The personal investment of the entire office, most especially Dr. Ting and Anna the PT/OT, cannot be overstated because of the body/mind connection in healing. They are most certainly relational rather than transactional. It is wonderful to encounter people who are doing the exact jobs they are most personally suited for, along with being exceedingly well educated and experienced. I fell on the stairs and badly shattered my wrist and found out I had osteoporosis at a relatively young age, and had to have not one , but two surgeries, the second more serious than the first. I truly believe I will return to work as a two decades plus massage therapist in the imminent future. So much gratitude! I cannot recommend them more.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Beverlie Ting at Seattle Hand now for about 1 year and she is awesome! Dr. Ting is thorough in diagnostic evaluations and explains her findings in a manner easily understood. She listens to your questions, thus ensuring you’re part of the treatment process. Her kindness and grace makes getting a cortisone injection in my thumb and easy process. As for the supporting staff, you couldn’t ask for more professionalism. From medical reception, scheduler and medical assistant, the entire experience from check in to completion is top notch. I would recommend Seattle Hand for any issues regarding hand health.

Dr Ting is exceptional. She is precise, clear and thorough in her explanations, and unafraid to say if there is any uncertainty in her assessment. She clearly makes extra effort to get more images or consult her colleagues for additional opinions when needed. My broken bone was a little messy, but the surgery was exact and the follow-up efficient and thorough. I would recommend her without hesitation. Also, her assistants and hand-therapy colleagues are great too, they clearly all work well as a team and work hard to help each other (and the patient) out.
