Dr. Miyano joined The Seattle Hand Surgery Group® in 1998 shortly after rotating through the practice during his Hand Fellowship at the UW.  Dr. Miyano enjoys woodworking, metal working, and photography.  Dr. Miyano’s competing talents are the ‘Art of Explanation’ and ability to repair everything we manage to break at Seattle Hand.

Dr. Miyano operating primarily at Swedish Orthopedic Institute at Swedish Medical Center and the Seattle Hand Surgery Unit.  He is also a clinical faculty member of the University of Washington Department of Orthopaedic Surgery.

He explained my options in detail, including non surgical as well as surgical ones, and answered all my many questions as though he had all the time in the world.
